Since I retired (less than 3 months ago — I’m still counting!) I’ve spent nearly every waking hour at my craft table rediscovering my love of card making. And discovering Creative Kindness made it even more enjoyable because now my cards have purpose. Well, most of them. I still enjoy a good inappropriate card now and then. 🙂
One of the categories the charity is asking for is motivational and hello cards for kids. These were so much fun to make. I love this stamp! It’s from Unity Stamp Co called Just Beak-Cause. Isn’t he adorable!?
My card size is almost always 5.5″ x 4.25″ (A2) For these I created a layered border. The gingham is 5.25″ x 4″.
