WW Friendly Crockpot Meatballs in Gravy

Tender slow cooker meatballs in a rich savory gravy made lighter with a few smart swaps. This comforting dinner is hearty, easy, and Weight Watchers friendly at 1 point for 3 meatballs.

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 1/2 lb 90% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Dried Minced Onions
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Skim Milk

Gravy

  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Evaporated Milk

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, oats, egg, minced onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and skim milk.
  • Mix gently until just combined.
  • Use a #40 scoop to portion and roll into meatballs (about 18–20 total).
  • Place the meatballs in the bottom of your crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth, gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 5–6 hours.
  • About 15 minutes before serving, gently stir in the evaporated milk.
