Tomato Garlic Bruschetta

- 10 Leaves Basil
- 1 Container Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Coarse Salt
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Finely chop the basil and put in a medium sized bowl.
Dice the tomatoes in half, and then in quarters.
Squeeze excess water from tomatoes and add to basil.
Mix together and add the minced garlic.
Add the coarse salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Stir until well coated. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
