Tomato Garlic Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 10 Leaves Basil
  • 1 Container Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Coarse Salt
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Finely chop the basil and put in a medium sized bowl.
  • Dice the tomatoes in half, and then in quarters.
  • Squeeze excess water from tomatoes and add to basil.
  • Mix together and add the minced garlic.
  • Add the coarse salt and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Stir until well coated. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
