Add butterscotch chips and peanut butter to a medium, microwavable bowl
Microwave for 2 minutes
Microwave in additional 30 second increments until the chips are MOSTLY melted.
Important note: It's fairly easy to burn the butterscotch chips if you microwave them too long. You will know they're burned if the consistency solidifies and they're no longer creamy. I microwave for 2 minutes, then take them out and stir them. They'll still be chunky, but you'll see they're melting. Stir them every 30 seconds. They're ready to go when you still see a few chips not fully melted. The rest of them will melt as you stir. Usually 3-4 minutes total in the microwave.
Add the cornflakes and stir until the cornflakes are coated
Using 2 teaspoons, scoop a spoonful of mixture onto a cookie sheet or into a candy mold.
Put the candy in the refrigerator until firm, about an hour.
Once they're firm, put them in a ziploc bag and keep in the refrigerator until needed.
