Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury Sugar Free Classic Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 medium Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8 oz Diet Dr Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix and cinnamon and blend together.

  4. In a separate bowl, mash bananas until creamy.  Add eggs and blend together with a fork.

  5. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients and combine.

  6. Add soda and mix well.

  7. Fold in chopped pecans.

  8. Pour into prepared 9x13 pan and bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
